They’re grateful for the shoes, clothes, feminine care, etc. Asked what difference the packages made in their lives, their response blew my mind. In fact, it almost made me cry: “It gives us peace of mind and it takes us off the streets at night”.

I’m learning a lot from our female students about how challenging it is to be a woman, especially in an environment of extreme poverty like ours.  The things they NEED, but which they cannot afford to buy!
